I started using it a little while ago, maybe last week or the week before, and so far it seems legit to me. Haven’t had any issues yet, so I’m feeling good about it.

I signed up for justmysocks.net, but the emails and alerts were confusing. One message would seem to say one thing, then the website would show something different, so I couldn’t tell if my service was active, paused, or if I needed to do something. Compared to other paid services I’ve used, this felt way less clear than it should be. The wording was vague enough that I kept having to double-check everything, which got frustrating fast. For a paid service, the notifications really need to be more straightforward. 1 star from me.

My first impression wasn’t great because I couldn’t get it working at all. I spent way too much time trying to set it up, and it just turned into a headache.

Latency has been mostly fine for me, usually stable and quick enough for what I need. It does jump a bit sometimes at night, which is annoying, and I kind of regret not checking more reviews about peak-hour performance before signing up. Still, overall I’m happy with it. Just not perfect.

I did get my refund fast, and the process itself was simple enough. That said, I felt a bit ignored in the beginning because I wasn’t getting much communication. Once it moved along, though, it was handled quickly...

But lately the uptime has been really annoying. Some days it just stops working out of nowhere, or it takes forever to connect, which is super frustrating when you just want things to work. Support does reply, so I’ll give them that, but usually by the time they get back to me I’ve already wasted a bunch of time trying to figure out if it’s my internet or their server acting up. It’s not the worst service ever, and there were days I was totally fine with it, but then it would randomly be unreliable again. I expected it to be more stable overall

Some of the IPs worked totally fine for me, but a few were already flagged, so... yeah, I’m not really sure. It wasn’t bad overall, just kind of hit or miss in my experience.

I tried setting this up on my phone and tablet, and it just never connected properly. My laptop was a little better, but still hit or miss. The guides sounded helpful in that polished company way, but didn’t actually solve much for me. Maybe it works fine for other people, but in my case the device support was disappointing
